Capitalized terms not defined in these Wyze SMS Terms have the meanings assigned to them in the Standard Terms.
Get notified of the latest news, deals, and product updates 2-4 times per month. By clicking on a button on a website or mobile app to indicate your agreement, by texting a keyword to a shortcode or other telephone number, or by turning on text messages through your account on a website or mobile app, you enroll in the Program and agree to receive recurring automated promotional marketing text messages from Wyze, including text messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, to the mobile telephone number you used to send the enrollment text message, you provided when signing up or you otherwise provided to Wyze. Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
You will receive 2-4 text messages per month in connection with the Program. You may receive additional text messages from Wyze not related to the Program if you have provided consent for other text messages.
Wyze will not charge any fees for participation in the Program or for any text messages. However, standard text message and data rates may apply.

You can cancel this service at any time. Just text “STOP” to 71883. After you send the message “STOP” to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us in connection with this Program. However, you may still receive messages under other programs and if you subscribe again to this Program.
Our participating carriers include (but not limited to) AT&T, Sprint, Verizon Wireless, U.S. Cellular, T-Mobile, MetroPCS. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages to the customer. If your mobile operator is not participating, you will not receive a reply to your messages. Pre-paid users may not be able to participate – check with your carrier or mobile service provider.
