Why does this matter? Unless you enjoy sifting through a mountain of "Motion detected" notifications, our smart alerts help you quickly assess potential threats.

Frequently asked questions
What is Cam Unlimited Pro? How many cameras can I add?
It's Cam Plus & Cam Unlimited, but with more AI features and 60-day cloud storage (coming soon)! Also, you can add as many cams as you want and capture more events than ever before.
Have a lot of Wyze Cams? Cam Unlimited Pro offers unlimited licenses for $19.99/month or $199.99/year, so you'll have plenty of licenses to cover your all of your cameras.
Already have an existing Cam Plus or Cam Unlimited plan?
Your previous Cam Plus and Cam Unlimited subscriptions will be cancelled automatically, and those cameras will be added to your new Cam Unlimited Pro plan.
If you purchased your old plans through the Apple App Store, they will be cancelled but will continue until their original expiration date. After that, they will be added to your new unlimited plan automatically.
How do I upgrade my service subscription from a monthly plan to an annual plan?
You can upgrade from a monthly plan to an annual plan from your Wyze Services account or within the Wyze app (for in-app purchases only).
For subscriptions purchased via the Wyze website:
- Log in to your my.wyze.com account.
- Under My Services, click Manage subscription for the subscription you are trying to upgrade.
- Select the option for Annual Plan.
- Click Continue.
- Once the update is complete, your plan will now show as an annual plan.
For subscriptions purchased via the Wyze app:
- Log in to the Wyze app.
- Navigate to the Account tab > Services.
- Next to the service you'd like to update, tap Edit Plan*.
- Under Plan Type, tap Annual Plan.
- Adjust the quantity if necessary.
- Tap Review Changes.
- Confirm your in-app purchase.
- You're all set! Tap Continue to review your updated plans.
*If a plan has a WWW icon next to it, it can only be upgraded via my.wyze.com.
Which Wyze cam are compatible with this plan?
Cam Unlimited Pro is compatible with all Wyze Cams except Wyze Cam v1, Wyze Video Doorbell v1, and Wyze Cam Outdoor v1/v2.
Can a shared user upgrade to Cam Unlimited Pro?
No, only the account owner can upgrade.
Shared users cannot manage a Wyze Services subscription, including Cam Unlimited Pro. Adding, upgrading, and removing a subscription can only be done by the primary account owner.
Can shared users see my events?
Yes, shared users can see Cam Unlimited Pro events.
While shared users cannot add or change your subscriptions, they will get your Cam Unlimited Pro events.
Can I subscribe if I'm outside of the US?
Yes, you can subscribe to Cam Unlimited Pro from anywhere.
While Cam Unlimited Pro is not geo-locked, some features such as Emergency Dispatch (coming soon) will be. Descriptive Alerts and AI Video Search are both not geo-locked. You can sign up for Cam Unlimited Pro and use it while outside the US, but you must have a US or Canadian billing address to subscribe.
Will events be found on events tab and monitoring tab both?
Yes. This is the same experience as users with Cam Unlimited plans.
Wait! Hold on a minute. Did you say 60-day* cloud?
Yes! Cam Unlimited Pro offers the largest cloud storage of all our security plans. While Cam Plus and Cam Unlimited only have 14 days backed up, Cam Unlimited Pro offers you 60-days of cloud storage.
*Please note this larger cloud storage will not be available until early 2025. You will get access to 14-day storage in the meantime.
