The following Wyze Scale Supplemental Terms of Service (“Wyze Scale Terms”) apply to your use of the Wyze Scale. These Wyze Scale Terms are in addition to, and not in lieu of, your rights and obligations under the Wyze Terms of Service (the “Standard Terms”), and the Standard Terms are incorporated by reference herein. If there is a conflict between these Wyze Scale Terms and the Standard Terms, the Wyze Scale Terms will control for that conflict.

Capitalized terms not defined in the Wyze Scale Terms have the meanings assigned to them in the Standard Terms.

By accessing, purchasing, or using the Wyze Scale or any Services which interact with the Wyze Scale, you accept and agree to be bound by these Wyze Scale Terms. If you do not agree to these Wyze Scale Terms, do not use the Wyze Scale or related Services.

1. NO MEDICAL USES OF THE WYZE SCALE AND SERVICES

The Wyze Scale is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. The Wyze Scale data is intended to be used as a reference. Our goal is to provide helpful and accurate information, but the accuracy of the information collected by the Wyze Scale may be affected by factors such as environmental conditions, skin conditions, device placement, and other end-user interactions. Age or certain medical conditions may cause inaccurate data. People who are under age 18, over age 65, pregnant, have osteoporosis, low bone density, edema, dehydration or use artificial dialysis may experience inaccurate readings. Further, it is your responsibility to determine the appropriate response to all information you receive from the Wyze Scale or related Services.

The accuracy of the data collected through the Wyze Scale is not intended to match that of scientific measurement devices, and we make no endorsement, representation, or warranty of any kind about the data collected through the Wyze Scale.

2. CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR FOR MEDICAL QUESTIONS

Consult your doctor to assess your health before starting any new exercise program. This is particularly important if you are overweight, pregnant, nursing, taking regular medications or have any existing medical or health conditions. The Wyze Scale does not determine whether you are physically or medically able to safely participate in diet or exercise routines.

3. USE OF THE WYZE Scale

You will only use the Wyze Scale in accordance with the Product’s Quick Start Guide and other warnings and instructions provided by Wyze.

As with all Wyze Products and Services, you must be at least 16 years of age to access, purchase, or use the Wyze Scale. The Wyze Scale is not a toy and not intended for use by children. You will keep the Wyze Scale and all its parts and accessories out of the reach of children.
