Supplemental Terms for Wyze SMS Program

Please read the following Wyze SMS Program Terms (“Wyze SMS Terms”) carefully. These Wyze SMS Terms govern the Wyze News & Deals text message program (the "Program"). By enrolling in the Program (as described below) you agree to these Wyze SMS Terms as well as the Wyze Terms of Service (the “Standard Terms”), including, for avoidance of doubt, the mandatory arbitration provision and waiver of right to a jury trial in the Standard Terms. If you do not agree to these Wyze SMS Terms, do not enroll in the Program.
Capitalized terms not defined in these Wyze SMS Terms have the meanings assigned to them in the Standard Terms.

Wyze News & Deals Text Message Program
When you enroll in the Program, Wyze will send you text messages with the latest news, deals, promotions, cart reminders, and product information and updates, as well as other information that we think will be of interest to you. By clicking on a button on a website or mobile app to indicate your agreement, by texting a keyword to a short code or other telephone number, or by turning on text messages through your account on a website or mobile app, you enroll in the Program and provide your prior express written consent to receive recurring automated promotional marketing text messages (e.g., SMS, MMS, and RCS messages) from Wyze, including text messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, to the mobile telephone number you used to send the enrollment text message, you provided when signing up or you otherwise provided to Wyze. By enrolling in the Program, you represent and warrant that such phone number is your own phone number, and not someone else's, and that you are a legally-authorized user of such phone number. You agree that your consent to receive the text messages described above includes your consent to the delivery of such text messages at any time of the day. Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message Frequency
The Program’s message frequency will vary. Wyze reserves the right to alter the frequency of text messages sent at any time, so as to increase or decrease the total number of text messages sent. Wyze also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number from which Wyze sends text messages. You may receive additional text messages from Wyze not related to the Program if you have provided consent for other text messages.
Cost
Wyze will not charge any fees for participation in the Program or for any text messages. However, standard text message and data rates may apply.

Opting Out
You can cancel this service at any time. Just text STOP, CANCEL, END, OPT OUT, QUIT, REVOKE, or UNSUBSCRIBE to 71883. After you send the message STOP, CANCEL, END, OPT OUT, QUIT, REVOKE, or UNSUBSCRIBE to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us in connection with this Program. However, you will still receive messages if you subscribe again to this Program.
You acknowledge that Wyze’s text message platform may not recognize and respond to unsubscribe requests that modify or do not contain the STOP, CANCEL, END, OPT OUT, QUIT, REVOKE, or UNSUBSCRIBE keyword commands, and you agree Wyze and its service providers will have no liability for failing to honor such requests, including without limitation those that are designed to circumvent the automated opt-out processes described above.
Supported Carriers
The content of our text messages may not be available and viewable on all mobile phone carriers. Our participating carriers include (but are not limited to) AT&T, Sprint, Verizon Wireless, U.S. Cellular, T-Mobile, MetroPCS. Wyze reserves the right to add or remove eligible participating carriers from the Program from time to time. Wyze, its service providers, and participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages to you. If your carrier is not participating, you will not receive a reply to your messages. Pre-paid users may not be able to participate – check with your carrier or mobile service provider.
