If your Wyze camera(s) was damaged or lost due to the fires, we're here to help. You’ll have until April 1, 2025 to submit your claim, and we'll replace up to 3 cams. There is no rush to apply. Take care of your pressing needs first, and we'll be here when it's time to rebuild.

Who is eligible?

Any residential customer who resides in and has been impacted by the recent LA fires and have proof of purchase. You'll be able to find your wyze.com order number in your inbox or by logging into your store account. Please provide the order number provided by Amazon, the Home Depot, or TikTok Shop if you had purchased from a retail partner.

How many cameras can I request a claim?

Wyze will replace up to 3 of your damaged or destroyed Wyze Cams at no cost (the “California Fire Replacement Program”), subject to the Terms and Conditions below. 

What do I need to provide to make a claim?

You will need to provide a valid order receipt and fill out the request form in its entirety.

When is the last day I can submit a request?

Replacement Requests must be submitted to Wyze on or before April 1, 2025.

Wyze Labs LA Wildfires Cam Replacement Program - Terms and Conditions 

If you are the owner of one or more Wyze camera products (your “Wyze Cam”) and your Wyze Cam was damaged or destroyed in the January 2025 fires that impacted Southern California, Wyze will replace up to 3 of your damaged or destroyed Wyze Cams at no cost (the “California Fire Replacement Program”), subject to these Terms and Conditions. 

  • To initiate a Wyze Cam replacement request, please complete and submit the form available here (each, a “Replacement Request”). Instructions for completion are included in the form; if you have questions or need assistance with completing the form, please reach out to Wyze Customer Support by visiting https://support.wyze.com and start a chat with our team.   
  • Replacement Requests must be submitted to Wyze on or before April 1, 2025, or such other date as Wyze determined in its sole discretion (the “Program End Date”). Requests received after the Program End Date will not be accepted by Wyze.  
  • Your Replacement Request must not include untruthful, incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information.
  • Each request is subject to verification by Wyze, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the California Fire Replacement Program.   
  • Limit of 3 replacement Wyze Cams per household.    
  • If the Wyze Cam you are seeking to replace is no longer being sold by Wyze or is otherwise out of stock, Wyze may replace your Wyze Cam with a different Wyze camera, a Wyze store credit, or a Wyze gift card, each at Wyze’s sole discretion.
  • Offers to replace your damaged or destroyed Wyze Cam are not transferable - no resale allowed.   
  • You must be a resident of California at the time you submit your request in order to participate.   
  • Wyze reserves the right to modify or terminate the California Fire Replacement Program at any time without advance notice.
